We enjoyed the food, the comfy bed and the great view from the balcony. The main downside isn’t related to the property

Location was great - walking distance to stores and the ocean. Breakfast & dinner had plenty of variation between days. Bed was comfortable, especially the pillows. Great view from the balcony.

The shower was outdated - showerhead was a bit broken, there was water spilling outside the shower. It was a small inconvenience though. Parking spaces were limited, but there are available spaces on the streets nearby.

Great stay at the hotel for the value

Shower drain was not working properly so bathroom got always swamped. Car parking is for 10 cars, that is not a parking facility that shows in the description.

Lovely room .Great view sea and mountains. Fabulous choice of food breakfast and dinner. We were on half-board. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Outside wall .roof top needed painting. Could see it while lying beside pool! Nothing else!

Very Good

Room size bathroom and beds OK. Very nice balcony with sea view, although in north direction hence little sun. Good location in town. Nice quiet poolarea and not crowdy. Breakfast and dinner buffe of OK quality with good variation but same every day.

10 parking lots for a big hotel. At 4 pm they all are occupied and no parking house nearby. The lobby , bar and resturant interior not fancy. got soviet feelings. However did not spend much time there anyway.

Really comfy bed, lovely pool area. Hotel always clean, staff very friendly. Location is perfect for strolling into town

Nice basic hotel with a good location

We had a great view from our balcony. Breakfast was good. Had energy enough till the late afternoon.

Public places in the hotel were quite boring. Water in the swimming pool could have been warmer.

Comfortable stay.

Good selection of food and different options every day. The location is great . It was a big bonus that the hotel does not have children’s area and it was quiet , please keep it that way.

Relaxing

- nice hotel, nothing extraordinary - beautiful view from the room and a big balcony - nice pool - good food for breakfast and dinner and a lot of variety

- for dinner the drinks were not included (but I understand it’s usual for Tenerife) - the hotel has a private parking but with very few spots which are all occupied at evening. Since I booked this place especially for the parking, it was quite disappointing to spend every night 15min looking for a parking spot and then having to walk 15min back and forth from the car to the hotel… - the design of the hotel was quite old, but in good condition - the cleaning was not that thorough - quite far from the beach and up a hill - it was not a problem for us, we enjoyed the walk, but maybe for some other people it’s important

Excellent hotel.

Unfortunately, with the windows of the restaurant open all the smells of the “show cooking” area of the restaurant had very poor ventilation which meant that after dining all our clothes smelled of sardinas a la plancha or other fried food.

Quite basic but good value and comfortable.

We had a corner room with sea view, the balcony was huge and the view was amazing. The room was spotless on arrival and cleaned every day. The beds were very large and comfortable. The location was good , just a short walk to main sites, bit of an uphill walk back. Food was ok, good choice of meat and fish each day. Soups were particularly good. Lots of fresh fruit available. Catered for all nationalities. Extremely good value .

The whole hotel is quite basic, no decorative features. The bathroom was a bit tired, water sprayed all ways from the shower, did not like the matting type floor in there. Door to balcony very stiff. Food cooked fresh, not on buffet was often very dry, cooked and left on too long especially the fish and the chicken I had. Safe expensive to rent.

The hotel was very good , especially the food , the room was big and comfortable. the location had great views but was hard work with the steepness of the hill , not for the elderly

Good value for money

We spent 2 weeks in this hotel with 2 kids. Breakfast and dinner were very good - selection of food was excellent and food was delicious. You can eat indoors or on terace near the pool with great view on Teide. The waiting staff, bar and cleaning staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is near a small mall with a supermarket and apartment area with car rentals. The hotel provides sunbathing chairs with no additional cost.

The bar staff were very friendly but they did not clean lobby area to remove empty glasses in the evening. You can see work done on hotel area evary day, would be suitable for some renovation but still good value for money. Limited number of parking spaces, so if you are out of the hotel till the evening, you will have to look for the parking space in neraby streets.

Wonderful

Beautiful view from the balcony, rich breakfast and dinner - everyone can choose, I appreciate lactose-free milk and yogurt, nice staff, refreshing pool with sunbeds.

Really few parking spaces for such a big hotel - otherwise, you can park on the streets of the city. The almost daily smell of marijuana, is hard to say where it comes from...

Wonderful

Friendly staff, breakfast and dining area relatively quiet compared to it's size and number of guests. Pool area exceptionally clean and tidy.

WiFi inconsistent both in the room and pool area. Air-conditioning had an unpleasant musty smell but had to be used since there was a heatwave lasting 7 out of the 10 days we stayed.
